Generally, how long does it take to transition from chemically altered hair to natural hair?

like what kind of things do you do,how to treat it in the mist of it changing over time. changing over time as in it gettin' kinky and the relaxer is beginning to grow out. etc.Generally, how long does it take to transition from chemically altered hair to natural hair?
It depends on how long your chemically treated hair is, and what you want to do with your natural hair. If you do the ';big chop'; (meaning cut off all of your chemically treated hair) you can transition in an instant. But if you want to grow out your chemically treated hair, and trim it off as the new growth comes in, it will take you longer. As you transition, be sure to keep your hair well moisturized to reduce breakage.
